I didn't think much of it, the packaging is certainly underwhelming. However, one night while I was watching tv I noticed my elbows were drier than usual, I mean they were parched, and dirty looking (gross!) So, as I mindlessly rubbed this cream into them. It's very thick and heavy, but I didn't have high hopes because I've tried a lot of products like this, and the results are never that great. Well, the next morning I was getting ready for work and I caught my reflection in the mirror as I was brushing my teeth. My elbows no longer looked dirty! That would have been wonderful in itself, but I touched them and they were silky smooth as well! An extra bonus is that they stay soft and smooth for about a week until you have to apply it again!
